mid-size companies and corporates make climate decisions faster and cost-effectively? Do you

want to join a fast-growing climate tech company that’s automating complex calculations,

digitising climate scenario modelling and integrating global databases for faster insights and

confident decision-making, for impactful and financially viable solutions towards 2030 and

beyond?

If yes, Unibloom is the place for you!

Why join Unibloom

Unibloom’s mission is to create a seamless Climate Action & Simulation platform for faster,

sustainable and cost-effective business decisions. An innovative SaaS platform that helps

businesses strategically allocate resources for maximum climate reduction and sustainable

innovation, by optimising financial, emissions, and nutritional outcomes everyday towards 2030

and beyond. By integrating these insights, we enable sustainability teams to collaborate

efficiently with operations and suppliers, fostering accountability and driving meaningful,

data-backed change. This approach not only accelerates progress but also reduces costs and

builds in-house expertise for long-term innovation.

We partner with forward-thinking mid-sized and large livestock, agriculture and consumer goods

companies ready to embrace collaboration across the value chain, invest in innovative

solutions, and lead the way in climate action. Unibloom’s predictive, science-based collaboration

tool uniquely balances emissions, resources, and financials—accelerating progress toward

sustainability and financial goals.

About the role

Key responsibilities:

Drive science-based solutions: Develop innovative LCA strategies into Unibloom’s

tool, for food and consumer goods clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and

integrating nutrition, cost, and emissions goals.

Database mastery: Utilise, manage and expand the databases and the data

partnerships, like Ecoinvent and Agrifootprint and other innovative partnerships on data

access, to build robust datasets for missing emission factors, nutrition and cost, ensuring

comprehensive modeling.

Customer impact: Work directly with our clients in the Food & Consumer Goods

Industry, helping them model scenarios within Unibloom, de-risk decisions, and identify

optimal sustainability solutions.

Product development influence: Collaborate with the small but very experienced

product, sales, and tech teams to integrate your expertise into Unibloom’s platform,

enabling clients to make smarter trade-offs and adopt circular business models, meet

EUDR and CSRD regulations and optimise for highest business value and outcomes.

Thought leadership: Develop white papers, case studies, and be part of webinars the

sales team organise, that guide customers and build Unibloom’s external presence in

climate actions and sustainable innovation.

Cross-functional collaboration: Contribute to a dynamic climate tech startup

environment with immediate impact, working closely with a lean, experienced team and

directly with the co-founders.

Who we’re looking for:

● 4+ years of hands-on LCA experience in the livestock, agriculture and consumer goods,

with a focus on Forest, Land-Use, and Agriculture (FLAG).

● Deep understanding of databases such as Ecoinvent and Agrifootprint, with the ability to

enhance data points and integrate missing factors.

● Experience working with large and mid-sized livestock, agriculture or consumer goods

companies, either directly or as a consultant.

● Knowledge of relevant regulations and how to build models that de-risk client operations

while driving efficiency.

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication skills to engage executives and non-technical audiences.

● Energised by the challenges of a startup environment, with a willingness to adapt and

take on diverse responsibilities as the company grows.

What you will be part of:

● Work directly with highly experienced founders, who want to pioneer automated and

data- driven climate actions. We bring over 20 years of expertise from leading brands

like Unilever, Ben & Jerry’s, Bloomberg, and fintech startups.

● A mission-driven team that has already secured paying clients and design partners,

including ScandiStandard, GoodPop, and Unilever.

● Shape the future of a product that’s making financially viable sustainability decisions

faster, better, and cheaper for the consumer goods industry across the value chain.

● Contribute to impactful work with real-world applications that drive measurable change.

● Unibloom secured funding from well recognised pre-seed firms and business angels in

London, US and Stockholm.

● We are humble, caring, reflecting, act fast and are led by science.
